The Equity Release Centre has been offering personal, impartial advice on equity release ever since 2001 and our Principal Keith Hargraves has been a respected equity adviser since 1999 when he started in equity release working for what was then Norwich Unions specialist equity release team before setting up The Equity Release Centre to give personalised and impartial advice on all forms of equity release. Over the years we have helped many hundreds of clients improve their lives and many have gone on to recommend us to their friends and family. 

Where are The Equity Release Centre based?

We are based in Reading but offer a nationwide service and offer free initial home consultations to discuss equity release with you, wherever you live in England and Wales.
