By completing our enquiry form, in keeping with our privacy policy you voluntarily choose to provide personal details to us via this website. Personal information will be treated as confidential by us and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  You will also be agreeing that such personal information may be used by us to contact you either in writing, by e-mail or by phone, to answer your enquiry and provide you with details of our services and products.

Free Initial Consultations

To ensure equity release is right for you, providing you live in England or Wales we are happy to offer a free initial home consultation.  At this meeting we will answer all your questions and assess your own situation to determine whether it is right for you and if not we will tell you.  Should you wish to proceed, on finalising any equity release we will of course need to charge for our time and professional advice.  Our fees will be outlined in our Key Facts about our equity release services document and will be fully explained to you at our initial meeting, when you will have the option of paying for our service by fees rather than a combination of fees and commission.
